Moving to Mt. Hagen

I'm looking for some info. about Mt. Hagen. Does anyone know if there is internet access available in your home? Or do you have to go to some type of internet cafe? How about cell phone reception? Can an I phone get internet access any where in town?

Internet is avaiable in cafes and some offices and houses do have telephone hookup for your internet service...Cell phone is everywhere but reception is limited especially during peek periods..just got back from Mt Hagen to Texas..
